View the Product Issue List
The Product Issue List page shows issues for the specified product, and is used to identify the progression of a specific product through the implementation process. If there are no issues for the product, a message to that effect appears.

- Access the Product Issue List page.
- Select Go To > Implementation > Issues > All Products Issues. The All Products Issues page opens.
- Click a Product Name link in the blue bar. The Product Issue List page opens.
- Review the issue list.
- Click a link in the Issue Description column to display the Product Issue Comments page. For more information, refer to View or Add Product Issue Comments.
- A number in the Comm. column indicates the number of comments on the issue.
- Optionally, you can perform the following actions:
- Click View Contract Profile. The View Contract Profile page opens. For more information, refer to View a Contract Profile.
- Click View Image to review the master document or rate schedule image. For more information, refer to View the PDF Contract Image.
- Select a different Issue Status and click Refresh View.
- Select a different Sort By order and click Refresh View.
- Click Approve Contract Profile to approve the current profile. This button is available only for contracts that are in the “Client Audit-In Process” stage and status.
The following actions occur:
- The status changes to “Completed.”
- The responsible organization changes to “FinThrive” and the responsible party to “001.”
- Generates an automatic comment linked to the previously generated automatic issue.
- Generates an event log entry.
Note: You must click OK on the confirmation message to complete the approval.
- Click Reject Profile to indicate that you have reviewed and rejected the current profile. For more information, refer to Reject a Contract Profile.
