Manage Issue Comments
You can manage issue comments for a set of issues using the Product Issue Comments and Facility Issue Comments page.

View or Add Product Issue Comments
Use the Product Issue Comments page to review the product issues and comments.

- Access the Product Issue Comments page.
- Select Go To > Implementation > Issues > All Products Issues. The All Products Issues page opens.
- Click a link in the Issue Description column. The Product Issue Comments page opens.
- Review the issue comments.
- If the issue is resolved, select Set FinThrive as Resp., which assigns the issue to the 001 user code.
- Optionally, add an issue comment. Depending on when you add the comment, it should indicate one of the following:
- A clarification of the issue.
- How you researched the issue.
- How you applied the resolution.
- Specifically how you followed up on the issue.
- When you are satisfied with the contract, select Approve Contract Profile.
- Optionally, click Reject Contract Profile to reject the profile. For more information, refer to Reject a Contract Profile.
- Optionally, click View Image to view a PDF image of the Master Document or Rate Schedule. For more information on viewing a PDF document file, refer to View the PDF Contract Image and Maintain Contract Images.
- Click Save Comment to record any entries or modifications to the Product Issue Comments page.

- View Product Issue List displays the list of issues and details about the issues. For more information, refer to View the Product Issue List.
- View Contract Profile displays the Contract Profile page. For more information, refer to View a Contract Profile.
View or Add Facility Level Issue Comments
The Facility Issue Comments page displays issues for the facility or group. Use this page to add or update facility issues.
Note: For more information on issues in a multi-facility organization, refer to Facility Issues.
Use this procedure to review facility level issues.

- Access the Facility Issue Comment (Edit Mode) page.
- Select Go To > Implementation > Issues > Facility Level Issues. The Facility Level Issues page opens.
- Click a link in the Issue Description column. The Facility Issue Comments page opens.
- Review the issues list.
- A number in the Comm column indicates the number of comments on the issue.
- Optionally, change the issue status view.
- Optionally, change the Sort By option.
- If necessary, review the issue details.
