View the PDF Contract Image

When research a contract profile, you might find it necessary to refer to the original contract documents, particularly when reviewing and resolving issues related to the contract loading process. You can easily refer to these documents in Contract Manager since all contract documents are scanned to create PDF images files.

  1. Access the Contract Image View page.
    • Select Go To > Contract Research > Contract Profiles. The Contract Profile Research page opens.
    • Select the contract name from the Profiles list. For more information about searching for a contract profile, refer to Select Contract Profile Research Criteria.
    • Click Display Profile. The View Contract Profile page opens.
    • Select the type of image you want to view from the Contract Image(s) list in the Display Options section of the page.

      Note: When available, you can view scanned images of the rate schedules as well as the contract.

    • Click View Image. The Contract Image View page opens.

    The Contract Image View page displays information about the file size of the contract image and approximately how long it takes the file to display.

  2. Review the contract image details.
  3. Click View Contract Image to view the contract image in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

    Note: To cancel the request and return to the previous page, click one of the following (depending on your facility setup):

    • Back to Main Report
    • Close Window
