Select Contract Profile Research Criteria

1. To access the Contract Profile Selection page, select Go To > Contract Research > Contract Profiles.
2. Select the contract profile you want to research from the Profiles list.
3. To limit the list of available contract profiles in the Profiles list to profiles with a specific status:
   1. Select a status from the Status list. The available options include the following:
      • All
      • Production Only (default selection)
      • Audit
      • Client Deferred Only
      • Not Active Only
      • Superseded Only
      • Contract Modeling Only
   2. Click Refresh. The Profiles list updates to only include profiles of the selected status.
4. To search for all profiles for a specific payor code, type the payor code in the Payor Code field.

   Note: Entering a payor code disables the Profiles list.

5. To save your current search criteria as the default criteria that displays each time you access this page, select the Save as default check box.
6. Click Display Profile. The View Contract Profile page opens. For more information, refer to View a Contract Profile.

   Note: If you entered a specific payor code, the Advanced Contract Profile Research page displays and allows you to select the profile you want to research for that payor. For more information about the Advanced Contract Profile Research page, refer to Advanced Research Contract Profiles.

The following table describes each of the fields on the View Contract Profile page.
