Reject a Contract Profile
If a contract profile is not usable, is out of date, or otherwise does not meet your needs, you may reject it once it reaches the Client Audit Implementation stage.

- Access the Reject Contract Profile page.
- Select Go To > Contract Loading > Contract Profile Management. The Contract Profile Management page opens.
- From the Check Out Status list, select Checked Out By Me, and then click Refresh View. The results appear.
- Click a link in the Contract Name column. The Edit Contract Profile page opens.
- Click Reject Profile. The Reject Contract Profile page opens.
- Type a comment in the Rejection Comment field. The comment must consist of at least 10 characters.
- Click Reject Profile.
- The profile must be checked out to you before you may reject it. You cannot reject a profile if it is checked out by another user.
- You may reject a profile only if its Implementation Stage is Client Audit and its Implementation Status is In Process.
Note: If the rejection is successful, the This profile has been rejected. message appears.

Contract Facility | Facility in which the profile was created |

Impl. Stage | Current implementation stage of the profile |
Impl. Status | Current implementation status of the profile; progression within the current implementation stage |
Termination Date | Date when the profile is terminated, or no longer effective |
