A production status indicates where FinThrive is in the process of repricing claims. The production status is maintained by FinThrive and displayed for customers on the Contract Profile. The production status is either:
- “Not Active”– the status prior to the customer’s approval of the Contract Profile.
- “In Audit”– the status after the customer has approved the contract profile and FinThrive is repricing claims data from the customer.
- “Active”– the status in which FinThrive is repricing claims and sending reports to the facility (or write-downs for posting to the Health Information System, if that is the arrangement).
- “Deferred”– the status in which the customer has put the production of contracts on hold.
