  1. From the respective KnowledgeSource page, click Education Courses. The available menu(s) displays.

  2. Hover over the menu(s). The available courses display.

  3. Select a course. The system navigates you to the FinThrive Education interface.

    Note: If you are not logged in to FinThrive Education, you are prompted to login first. If you are already logged in, you are navigated directly to the course page.

  4. To launch the course, click the course name next to in the Lesson section. The course lesson page opens.

  5. Click Enter. The course opens in a new window.

To accommodate the new Education courses, the following user roles are available for assignation in Admin:

  • Edu Annual Webinar User

  • Edu CPT Detail User

  • Edu E/M User

  • Edu ICD10 CM Coding User

  • Edu ICD10 PCS Coding User

  • Edu Quick Notes User

When a role is assigned, the user receives a confirmation email from FinThrive Education.

New Option in CPT and ICD-10 CM Policies

Added a Default Search option to the CPT Detail > Policies and ICD-10 CM > Policies pages which allows users to filter results by code type.

New Options in Browse NCD/LCD

Added a Policies field and an Effective Date drop-down list to Browse NCD/LCD. This allows users to obtain specific results by entering a policy number and selecting a date option of: All (default), On, Before, or After.

Note: This mimics the criteria options in Advanced Search, thus allowing users to get the same results from Advanced Search and Browse NCD/LCD.
