Search

The search tab opens by default when you log in to Knowledge Source. The Search page contains the Landing Page and the Advanced Search panel.

Performing Searches in Knowledge Source

There are two types of searches you can perform in Knowledge Source:

• Quick search - Enter a full or partial code or keyword into the Quick Search field.

• Advanced search - Select criteria in the Advanced Search panel to narrow your search results.

Tip: The Knowledge Databases The conent in Knowledge Source is arranged into data bases. They are: CodeBase, Custom Fee Schedules, Coach, Notes, Informants, and Knowledgebase. are queried when you perform a quick or advanced search.

Search Results: Code Detail Pages

Each code type has a detail page that you land on when you perform a quick or advanced code search. The detail page gives you an array of information pertaining to the code.
