Promote a Lookup Table
Lookup tables undergo a two-part promotion process in order to become active in Production. For more information, refer to Promotion.
Note: You must be logged in to the facility in which the table was created.

- Access the Lookup Table Promotion page.
- Select Go To > Contract Loading > Lookup Table Management. The Lookup Table Management page opens.
- To reduce the number of listed tables, enter your selection criteria and click Refresh View.
- Right-click a link in the Table Name column of a table that is checked out to you, and select Promote. The Lookup Table Promotion page opens.
- Review the details of the lookup table, then click Promote. A success message appears when the table is promoted successfully.
- Optionally, you may click a link in the Table Name column. The Edit Lookup Table page opens. For more information, refer to Edit a Lookup Table.
