View Policies in Pharmacy and Supply Reference Centers

View policies for CPT/HCPCS codes from the Pharmacy & Supply Reference Centers.

Note: This feature functions the same as it does from the CPT/HCPCS Detail page.

  1. Go to the Pharmacy Reference Center or Supply Reference Center.

  2. Enter a CPT/HCPCS code into the Search field and click Search. If there are policies for the code, the policy icon is available.

  3. Click in the toolbar. The Policies page opens in the same tab with the default set to LCD policies.

  4. (Optional) Click a hyperlinked policy to view it in a new tab.

  5. (Optional) Click to return to the Pharmacy or Supply Reference Center.

    If you see the message, No policy edits for the selected Payor/State, this means there are no medical necessity edits for the selected policy. This does not mean that there is no policy information.

IE 11 Support Ending June 15, 2022

As of June 15, 2022, IE11 will no longer operate from many Windows 10 configurations. Microsoft continues to actively discourage the ongoing use of IE11.

Effective immediately, FinThrive strongly recommends Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for access to our applications.

Access to FinThrive web pages and applications may continue with the IE11 browser up to this deadline, but users may experience diminished functionality and FinThrive technical teams will not provide support for any IE11 issues after on or after June 15, 2022.

FinThrive recommends that clients work with their information technology (IT) departments to download and implement Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge before the June 15, 2022 deadline.
