View Query History

The Query History page is a dashboard that provides quick access to saved worklists and multiple pages in Contract Manager. Only users authorized to use this feature can access the Query History page.

Use the following procedure to access the Query History page.

To access the Query History page, select Go To > Query History.
To access worklist results for saved filters on the Account Worklist page, click a link for the worklist you choose in the Filter Name column of the Worklist Filters section. For more information about creating filters for a specific worklist, refer to any of the following topics:
- Research Accounts from a Worklist
To view the results for a query that was submitted using the Query Queue feature, click a link for the worklist you choose in the Worklist column of the Worklist Results in the Query Queues section.
- The results of the selected query are not updated with current data and only reflect that data that was available when the query was run.
- The worklists remain in this section for only one hour from the time they are run.

Field	Description
Worklist Filters
Filter Name	Name of the saved worklist filter; the values in this field are links to the worklist page.
No.	Sequential reference number of the worklist as it appears on this page.
Worklist	Name of the worklist page in Contract Manager.
Worklist Results in the Query Queue
Duration	The amount of time, in seconds, it took the query to run.
End Date/Time	The date and time the worklist query completed.
Expiration Date/Time	The date and time the worklist query will be removed from this page.
Last View Date/Time	The date and time the worklist query was last viewed.
No.	Sequential reference number of the worklist as it appears on this page.
Records	The number of records returned by the worklist query.
Start Date/Time	The date and time the worklist query began running.
Worklist	Name of the worklist page in Contract Manager; the values in this field are links to the worklist page.
