Define Reimbursement for a Service Type
After you add each service type to a contract profile, you must define the associated reimbursement details.

- Access the Service Type Reimbursement Editor page.
- Select Go To > Contract Loading > Contract Profile Management. The Contract Profile Management page opens.
- Click a link in the Contract Name column for a contract that is checked out to you. The Edit Contract Profile page opens.
- Click Add Service Type. The Add Service Type Reimbursement page opens.
- Select the appropriate criteria, and then click Add Service Type. The Service Type Reimbursement Editor page opens.
- In the Terms box, click a reimbursement tool, and then click Add Term. The Term Reimbursement Editor dialog box opens.
- The classic Term Reimbursement Editor opens when you select an existing reimbursement term created using the Service Type Reimbursement Editor. For more information, refer to Reimbursement Tools.
- The Consolidated Profile Editor opens when you select an existing reimbursement term created using CPE. For more information, refer to Add or Modify a Contract Profile.
- Specify the reimbursement details for the selected term, and then click Add. The dialog box closes, and the page automatically refreshes.
- Optionally, drag and drop in the window below the Terms box so that the conditions are arranged in a correctly functioning order.
- Optionally, select the Multi-Edit Mode check box so that you can update multiple reimbursement terms without the screen refreshing after each change. This is especially useful for service types that include large numbers of reimbursement terms, since refreshing after each action can slow down the updating process considerably.
Limitations of this feature include the following:
- Once you select Multi-Edit Mode, you can only open and update existing reimbursement terms. You cannot add, delete, import, or rearrange terms until you exit this mode.
- The updated reimbursement text will not display until you exit Multi-Edit Mode and allow the page to refresh.
