Submit Contract Document Images

The Document Image Submission page lets you submit PDF images of your contract and rate documents electronically through Contract Manager. You can also use this page to submit new versions of existing contract documents.

If the documents are for a new contract, and you don’t have a contract profile created, you can access the Document Image Submission page from the Go To menu and manually enter the new contract and product names. If there is a contract profile created, you can access this page from the contract profile so that the document images are automatically associated with the profile.

After you submit your contract document, you can then track the status of the document as it is processed by FinThrive. For more information about viewing the status of contract documents, refer to View Document Image Submission Status.
