Submit Contract Document Images
The Document Image Submission page lets you submit PDF images of your contract and rate documents electronically through Contract Manager. You can also use this page to submit new versions of existing contract documents.
If the documents are for a new contract, and you don’t have a contract profile created, you can access the Document Image Submission page from the Go To menu and manually enter the new contract and product names. If there is a contract profile created, you can access this page from the contract profile so that the document images are automatically associated with the profile.
After you submit your contract document, you can then track the status of the document as it is processed by FinThrive. For more information about viewing the status of contract documents, refer to View Document Image Submission Status.

- Access the Document Image Submission page.
- Select Go To > Contract Loading > Contract Profile Management. The Contract Profile Management page opens.
- Specify your selection criteria and click Refresh View. The results appear. For more information about searching for a contract profile, refer to View a Contract Profile.
- Click a link in the Contract Name column. The View/Edit Contract Profile page opens.
- Click Submit Document in the Profile Actions section. The Document Image Submission page opens.
If you accessed the Document Image Submission page from the Contract Profile, the current Contract Profile settings appear at the top of the page.
- Select the type of document you want to submit.
- Select the Master Image option to submit a master contract document image.
- Select the Rate Image option to submit a rate document image, such as a fee schedule.
- The options that display provide an indicator of whether there are existing document images for the selected profile. For example, if there this an existing contract profile and an existing master image, the option displays as Update existing Master Image for existing Profile. If there is an existing profile, but there is no rate image, the option displays as Add new Rate Image to existing Profile.
- You can only associate one master document image and one rate document image per contract profile.
- You can only submit one document at a time. If you want to upload a master image and a rate document image, you must repeat this procedure for each document image you want to submit.
- Click Browse to select the file you want to submit. The Choose File dialog opens.
- You can only select files that are in a PDF format and less than 70MB in size.
- If you have difficulty submitting a document or need to submit a file that is larger than 70MB, please contact the FinThrive Solution Center.
- Select the file you want to submit and click Open. The file name and path displays in the Select Document Image field.
- Type any comments you want to associate with the image in the Comments field.
- Type the name of the contract and the name of the product in the Contract Name and Product Name fields.
- These fields only display if you did not access the Document Image Submission page from an existing contract profile.
- These fields are required fields when they display.
- If you plan to create the contract and product later, ensure that you use the names exactly as you type them in these fields.
- If the contract and product already exist, ensure that you type them exactly as they appear in Contract Manager.
- Click Add. A message displays that indicates the submission was successful.
- To clear your selections and start over, click Reset Form.
- After the document image is submitted, you can view the status of the image as it is processed within the system. For more information, refer to View Document Image Submission Status.

Add new Master Image to existing Profile |
Select this option to add a new master contract document image. This option displays if you accessed the Document Image Submission page from an existing contract profile, and there is not an existing master image associated with the profile. |
Add new Master Image to new Profile |
Select this option to add a new master contract document image. This option only displays if you accessed the Document Image Submission page from the Go To menu and assumes there is not an existing profile for the contract. If there is an existing contract profile, you should access the Document Images Submission page from the contract profile so the image is automatically associated with the profile. |
Add new Rate Image to existing Profile |
Select this option to add a new rate document image. This option displays if you accessed the Document Image Submission page from an existing contract profile, and there is not an existing rate image associated with the profile. |
Add new Rate Image to new Profile |
Select this option to add a new rate document image. This option only displays if you accessed the Document Image Submission page from the Go To menu and assumes there is not an existing profile for the contract. If there is an existing contract profile, you should access the Document Images Submission page from the contract profile so the image is automatically associated with the profile. |
Comments |
A free text field that lets you enter any comments you want to associate with the image. |
Contract Name |
The name of the contract for the image you want to submit.

The name of the product for the image you want to submit.

Select Document Image |
Lets you select the PDF file you want to submit. Click Browse to locate the file. |
Update existing Master Image for existing Profile |
Select this option to update the existing master contract document image. This option displays if you accessed the Document Image Submission page from an existing contract profile, and there is already an existing master image associated with the profile. Selecting this option replaces the existing image with the new image. |
Update existing Rate Image for existing Profile |
Select this option to update the existing rate document image. This option displays if you accessed the Document Image Submission page from an existing contract profile, and there is already an existing rate image associated with the profile. Selecting this option replaces the existing image with the new image. |
