These updates are available with the 2305.0 release of Knowledge Source.
Share User Notes
Added an option to share User Notes via email with another user in the your facility.
Tip: User notes cannot be shared across facilities.
How Does it Work?

Open the desired note.

Click Share User Notes. The Share User Notes drop-down displays.

Select a user.

Click Send Notes Via Email. A confirmation message displays. Click Ok. An email is sent to the selected user.
Show Me
Hover your mouse over the video to show the playback bar. Click the Expand icon to view the video at full screen.
