Notes

In Notes Setup, users can add, edit, or delete Enterprise Notes. Enterprise notes are notes that can be added to one or multiple facilities by users who have access to those facilities. Anyone with access to those facilities can see the note on the Landing Page in the Enterprise Notes section.

Also in Notes Setup, you can view or edit clinic/user notes. Clinic/user notes are added from the respective code detail page and are entered into the Notes knowledge database which can be searched.
