My KnowledgeSource

My Knowledge Source lets you customize your CPT Detail and Landing page views. You can access, edit, save, and view your preferences from this convenient location in the Setup menu.

User this procedure to edit your CPT Detail page view.

Procedure

  1. Go to Setup > My Knowledge Source > My CPT Detail page. The My Knowledge Source customizable CPT Detail page opens in a new tab.
  2. Edit your preferences as desired. For step-by-step instructions on editing your preferences for each page, see View CPT Code Details
  3. Click Save Preferences to save your changes. A message displays to confirm your preferences have been saved.
  4. Click OK to return to the newly updated page.

Note: When you have saved your preferences for the My CPT Detail Page, you must close and reopen any CPT Detail page to see your saved changes.

Use this procedure to edit your Landing Page view.

Procedure

  1. Go to Setup > My Knowledge Source > My Landing Page. The page opens in a new tab.
  2. Edit your preferences as desired. For step-by-step instructions on editing your preferences for each page, see The Landing Page.
  3. Click Save Preferences to save your changes. A message displays to confirm your preferences have been saved.
  4. Click OK to return to the newly updated page.

Use this procedure to view saved clinic or user favorites.

Procedure

  1. Go to Setup > My Knowledge Source > Show Favorites icon in the Menu Bar. The Favorites window opens.
  2. Select a Favorite Type from the drop down menu.

Note: To view PDF document favorites, select Knowledgebase.

  1. Select User Favorites or Clinic Favorites depending on which you would like to view. The saved Favorites display in the bottom panel of the window.
  2. Click the 'X' to close the Favorites window.
