Promote a Service Type Definition Table
Service type definition tables undergo a two-part promotion process in order to become active in Production. For more information, refer to Promotion.
Note: You must be logged in to the facility in which the table was created. Also, the table must be currently checked out to you. For instructions, refer to Check Out / Check In a Service Type Definition Table.
- Access the Service Type Definition Table Promotion (User Promotion) page.
- Select Go To > Contract Loading > Service Type Table Management. The Service Type Definition Table Management page opens.
- From the Check Out Status list, select Checked Out By Me and click Refresh View. The results appear.
- Right-click a link in the Service Type Definition Table column, and select Promote. The Service Type Definition Table Promotion (User Promotion) page opens.
- Review the details of the table.
- Click Promote Table. The Service Type Definition Table Promotion (User Promotion) page displays a message with the promotion results.
- If the promotion was unsuccessful, correct the error(s) and repeat the promotion process.
