Check Out / Check In a Service Type Definition Table
You must check out a service type definition table in order to modify it. When finished, you must check in the table to make it available to other users. The check out/check in process prevents mistakes that may occur from multiple users accessing the same tables at the same time. For more information, refer to Checking Out / Checking In.

- Access the Service Type Check Out / Check In page.
- Select Go To > Contract Loading > Service Type Table Management. The Service Type Definition Table Management page opens.
- Right-click a link in the Service Type Definition Table column, and then select Check Out (or select Check In if the table is currently checked out to you). The Service Type Check Out/Check In page opens.
- Type a comment that includes your reason for checking out/checking in the table. The comment you type is accessible to other users from the Service Type Definition Table Management page.
