Create a Service Type Definition Table
You may create a facility specific or contract specific service type definition table for situations in which the Universal service type definition table does not meet your needs.
Procedure
- Access the Add Service Type Definition Table page.
- Select Go To > Contract Loading > Service Type Table Management. The Service Type Definition Table Management page opens.
- Click the Add Service Type Definition Table link. The Add Service Type Definition Table page opens.
- Specify the Service Type Definition Table Properties.
- Type a Definition Table Name. Refer to Standards for naming conventions.
- Select the Location of the table. Facility Specific tables are only available for users in your facility.
- Optionally, select an Effective Date, Termination Date and Activation Date.
- Select the Active Status.
- Click Add Table.

Indicates whether the table is universal or facility-specific, which determines where the table is stored; if facility-specific, indicates the facility |

Termination Date |
Date when the service type definition table is terminated, no longer effective |
