Manage Government Fee Schedules

The Government Fee Schedule Management page allows you to view and manage existing government fee schedules.

Note: If you are in a test facility, a message displays to indicate that your import will update the test version of the database table (CBO_Global). You cannot later use this same import to update the production version of the CBO_Global table.

  1. To access the Government Fee Schedule Management page, select Go To > Contract Loading > Support Functions > Government Fee Schedule Management. The URL for this page is gpfeesched_table_mgmt.asp.
  2. Select the option button for the fee schedule you would like to view or edit.
    • The Fee Schedule Table(s) Pending section shows all government fee schedules you are authorized to access that are in any status other than “In production.”
    • The Fee Schedule Table(s) in Production section shows all government fee schedules you are authorized to access that are currently in production.
    • Only the fee schedules you have imported display. You cannot view fee schedules imported by other users.
  3. Click one of the following buttons:

Description

Current Status

The current stage of the fee schedule; options include the following:

  • File uploaded successfully
  • Comparison report generated successfully
  • In audit
  • In production

Effective Date

Date the fee schedule became effective.

Fee Schedule Name

Name of the government fee schedule.

Latest Update

Most recent date the fee schedule was updated.

Program Name

The program that you are authorized to update; options include Medicaid, Medicare, Physician, and TRICARE.

Start Date

Date the fee schedule was initially uploaded intoContract Manager.
