Import Government Fee Schedules
Use this procedure to import fee schedule updates from a .csv or .txt file into the government fee schedule database tables. The fields that display are determined by the types of fee schedules you are authorized to import, such as Medicare, Medicaid, Physician, or TRICARE.
Note: If you are importing a fee schedule in a test facility, a message displays to indicate that your import will update the test version of the database table (CBO_Global). You cannot later use this same import to update the production version of the CBO_Global table.

- A common validation error occurs when the validation logic is applied to a file with column headers. To turn off the validation logic for the first row in the file, select the First row has column names check box. The page automatically refreshes.
- Another common validation occurs when the imported file uses a different delimiter than the standard template. For example, you can import a file with tab delimiters, but the default is a comma delimiter. To change delimiters, select the appropriate delimiter from the Comma Delimiter list. The page automatically refreshes.
- All other validation errors must be corrected in the original .csv or .txt file and then uploaded again.
- Click Import. The Government Fee Schedule Management page opens and displays your table update in the Fee Schedule Table(s) Pending section. For more information about this page, refer to Manage Government Fee Schedules.
