View the Item Log
Use this procedure to view the Item Log. This is an FinThrive only procedure.

- Access the Item Log page.
- Select Go To > Communication Log > Add Item. The Add Item page opens.
- Add an item, and then click Add Item. The Update Item page opens.
- Click Item Log. The Item Log page opens.
- View the Item Log information.

The following table describes the fields on the Item Log page (comlog_itemlog.asp).

- Click Worklist Selection to display the Communication Log Selection page. For more information, refer to Specify Communication Log Criteria.
- Click My Worklist to display the Communication Log Worklist page. For more information, refer to View a Communication Item by ID. The worklist is generated based on the last criteria you submitted. If none exist, clicking the link displays the Communication Log Worklist Selection page.
- Click Add Item to display the Add Item page. For more information, refer to Add a Communication Item.
- Click Update Item to display the Update Item page. For more information, refer to Update a Communication Item.
