View a Communication Item by ID

If you want to find a particular communication log item and you know the item ID number, you can use this page to access it quickly. You can find the ID number of a particular item in the No. column on the Communication Log Worklist page. For more information, refer to Review the Communication Log Worklist.

Procedure

1. To access the View Item by Comlog ID page, select Go To > Communication Log > View Item By ComLog ID.
2. In Item ID, type the ID number of a specific communication item.
3. Click View Item. The Update Item page opens. For more information, refer to Update a Communication Item.
4. Alternatively, you can access a particular item by ID from any other Communication Log page. Type the ID in the ComLog ID field on the upper right portion of the page, and click Go. The Update Item page opens.
