Navigate Contract Manager

The following five menus are available on the menu bar at the top of the page:

Menu for accessing Web pages in Contract Manager.

Menu for changing your current settings: view mode, password, and logging off

Menu for accessing online Help, release notes, and request forms

Contact

Menu for accessing Microsoft Outlook and the email address of your FinThrive account representative

Facility

Menu for changing the facility. Only available in multi-facility organizations

Use this procedure to navigate Contract Manager.

  1. Click a menu to open it.
    • Always click text, not an arrow.
    • A menu with an arrow is expandable.
    • A menu item without an arrow leads directly to a function.
  2. To open a secondary menu, move your cursor in the direction of the arrow.
  3. Click a menu item to open the corresponding function.
    • If it takes a few seconds to open the page, the following message appears:

      Please wait, loading page...

    • A menu item is unavailable if the function requires you to select a single facility rather than a group.
    • Click on the menu bar to change the view from the Internal view to the Client view.
    • Click on the menu bar to open Help for the current page.

    Additional types of help are available on the Help menu.

    • In group organizations, if you have access to more than one group, you may change the group selection by selecting Change > Facility Group and change the facility on the page.

    If you change your facility selection on the menu bar, a message similar to the following appears:

    Your facility has been changed to ABC Medical Center. Please select an item from the menu.
