Promotion 2

• In-Audit profiles and tables with a stage and status of “Pre-Production Verification - Complete” are candidates.
• The stage is set to "Ready for Production."
• Only authorized FinThrive users are responsible for completing Promotion 2.
• An activation date is required and verified.
• Promotion 2 analysis and edit rules are applied.
• In order to promote a contract profile, the following conditions must be met:
  • Service type definition tables that are associated with the profile must already be promoted to Production.
  • All lookup tables referenced by service types must already be promoted to Production.
• In order to promote a service type definition table, all lookup tables referenced by service types must already be promoted to Production.
• The user may perform update reprices.

The Promotion Timeline shows a high-level overview of the stages and statuses of an item through the promotion process.

Note: The promotion process may be slightly different for a profile that is created with a “Contract Modeling” active status versus a profile that is created with an In Audit active status.
