Copy a Contract Profile
When you want to add a contract profile based on an existing one, you make a copy of the existing profile. The Copy Contract Profile page displays differently depending on how you associate the copied profile.

- Access the Copy Contract Profile page.
- Select Go To > Contract Loading > Contract Profile Management. The Contract Profile Management page opens.
- Right-click a link in the Contract Name column, and then select Copy.
Note: The right click feature is only available with IE 11, and may not work as expected with Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers.
- The Contract Profile Check Out/Check In page opens.
- Select the Contract Association.
Note: The availability of some options on the Copy Contract Profile page depends on your Contract Association selection.
- Current Contract applies the name from the original profile to the new profile; you must change the effective date. This option associates the original profile’s plan IDs with the new profile.
- Existing Contract keeps the contents of the original profile and lets you select an existing contract name (from a drop-down list of existing contracts) for the new profile. You must change the effective date. This option associates the original profile’s plan ID’s with the new profile.
- New Contract only copies the terms and conditions from the original; however, you may change the name to distinguish the between the original and the new profile. You are not required to select an effective date.
Note: Unlike the Current Contract and Existing Contract options, the New Contract Option does not associate the original profile’s plan IDs with the new profile.
- Type the Contract Name. Refer to Standards for naming conventions.
- Optionally, type the name of the Company to be associated with the profile.
- Optionally, for a new contract, type the AR cutover data. If you chose to associate the profile with an Existing Contract or Current Contract, the AR cutover data is not available.
- Optionally, for a new contract, determine whether you want to turn the Modifier 50 Line Items feature on or leave it off in the Adjust Mod 50 Line Items field.
- Optionally, select an Effective Date and Termination Date.
- Select the Active Status.
- Click Create Copy.
