Associate a Service Type Definition Table with a Contract Profile
Before you can add facility or contract specific service types to a contract profile, you must associate the service type definition table with the profile. The Universal service type definition table is automatically associated with every profile.
Note: The profile must be currently checked out to you. For instructions, refer to Check Out / Check In a Contract Profile.
Procedure
- Access the Contract Profile / Service Type Definition Table Association page.
- Select Go To > Contract Loading > Contract Profile Management. The Contract Profile Management page opens.
- From the Check Out Status list, select Checked Out By Me and click Refresh View. The results appear.
- Click a link in the Contract Name column. The Edit Contract Profile page opens.
- Click Assoc. Service Types (in the Profile Actions section). The Contract Profile/Service Type Definition Table Association page opens.
- Click Add.
- Select a Service Type Definition Table Name. A new table appears on the page.
- Type the Rank.
- Click Add Association.
- Optionally, you may perform these actions:
- Click the link in the Service Type Definition Table Name column to display the Select Service Type page, where you can view other tables with the same name. For more information, refer to Select Service Type Definition Tables for Contract Definition Cross References.
- Click Add to select another service type definition table to associate with the profile.
- Click Update to modify and update any service type definition table that is currently associated with the profile.
- Click Delete to delete any service type definition table association with the profile.
