Reset Your FinThrive Connect Password

Use this option to receive an email message with a link to reset your password.

Note: This link is valid for only 24 hours. If you do not update your password within that time period, you will need to submit another password reset request.

1. Open the FinThriveConnect Sign In page.
2. In the Enter your email field, enter the email address associated with your FinThrive account.
3. Click Next.

   The Hi page opens with your email address displayed.

4. Click Forgot Password?.

   The Password Reset page opens.

5. Click Reset with Email.
6. Open the email message.
7. Click the reset password link.

   The Enter a new password page opens.

8. In the New Password field, enter your new FinThriveConnect password.

   Note: Your Password must contain the following:

   • 8 to 20 characters
   • At least 1 number
   • At least 1 lowercase letter
   • At least 1 uppercase letter
   • At least 1 special character (e.g, ! or &)
9. In the Confirm New Password field, enter the password exactly as you entered it in the New Password field.
10. Click Set Password.

    A message indicating that your password has been reset appears.

11. Click Return to Sign In.
12. Enter your email address.
13. Click Next.
14. Enter your new password.
15. Click Sign In.

    The FinThriveConnect portal opens. You can now use your new password to sign in to FinThriveConnect.

    Note: If you have Issues logging in with your new password, contact FinThrive Customer Support.

Use this option to reset your password by answering your security questions.

Note: Use the Reset with Email option If you forget your security question answers.

1. Open the FinThriveConnect Sign In page.
2. In the Enter your email field, enter the email address associated with your FinThrive account.
3. Click Next.

   The Hi page opens with your email address displayed.

4. Click Forgot Password?.

   The Password Reset page opens.

5. Click Reset with Security Questions.

   The Answer Security Questions page opens.

   Note: Your account will be locked after three unsuccessful attempts to answer the security questions.

6. Type the answers for each question and click Submit.

   The Enter a new password page opens .

   Note: Your account will be locked after three unsuccessful attempts to answer the security questions.

7. Type your new password. 

   Note: Your Password must contain the following:

   • 8 to 20 characters
   • At least 1 number
   • At least 1 lowercase letter
   • At least 1 uppercase letter
   • At least 1 special character (e.g, ! or &)
8. Confirm your new password.
9. Click Set Password.

If you forget your password, you can reset your password by answering your security questions.

1. Select three different security questions and type the answers for each.
2. Click Save.

   The Change Password page opens.

3. Type your temporary password.
4. Type your new password. 

   Note: Your Password must contain the following:

   • 8 to 20 characters
   • At least 1 number
   • At least 1 lowercase letter
   • At least 1 uppercase letter
   • At least 1 special character (e.g, ! or &)
5. Confirm your new password.
6. Click Change Password.

   The Sign In page opens.

7. Type your password and click Submit.

Use the Change Security Questions / Answers option under the user icon on the Connect page to change your security questions and answers.

1. Click Change Security Questions / Answers under the user icon on the upper-right corner of the Connect page to open the Update Security Questions page.
2. Select three different security questions and type the answers for each.
3. Type your password and click Submit.

   Note: Your account will be locked after three attempts to update security questions with the wrong password.
