Specify Communication Log Criteria
If authorized, use this procedure to specify Communication Log Worklist criteria.
Note: Access to this page is restricted. If you do not have access to this page, you can request access using the Internet Access Request Form. For more information, refer to Access a Request Form Online.

- To access the Communication Log Selection page, select Go To > Communication Log > Worklist Selection.
- Specify your selection criteria.
Note: If you have access to more than one facility and want to include only certain ones in the Communication Log Worklist, you can select your facilities after you access the Communication Log Worklist page.
- In Filter Name, choose a filter of pre-set criteria (which you previously created) or the default settings.
- In Item Type, select one or more options to include in the Worklist. If you do not select a type, all types are included in the Worklist.
- Select the Priority of items you want to view in the list. If you do not select a priority, all priorities are included in the list.
- In Resp. Org., select the organization currently responsible for items you want to view in the list. If you do not select FinThrive or Client (customer), items for both organizations are included in the list.
- Select one or multiple options in Stateand Status.
- Selecting Open, On Hold, or Closed automatically selects all secondary check boxes below.
- You can select secondary check boxes individually, which automatically selects the primary check box above.
- If you do not select a state or status, all states and statuses are included in the list.
- Click Get List to generate a Communication Log Worklist based on the selected filter and disregard any criteria you manually specified in addition to the filter settings.
- Optionally, you can perform the following actions:
- Click Delete if you want to delete the filter that is currently displayed in Filter Name.
- Click Rename if you want to change the name of the filter that is currently displayed in Filter Name.
Note: When naming filters, you cannot use special characters such as apostrophes.
- Click Save Filter to save and name the current selection criteria settings for FinThrivefuture use.
- Click Save and Get List to save and name the current selection criteria settings for future use. The Worklist is automatically displayed after the filter name is saved.
- Click Get Untitled List to generate a Worklist based on the current selection criteria without saving the settings as a filter.

- Add Item displays the Add Item page. For more information, refer to Add a Communication Item.
- My Worklist displays the Communication Log Worklist page. The worklist is generated based on the last criteria you submitted. If none exist, clicking the link displays the Communication Log Worklist Selection page. For more information, refer to Review the Communication Log Worklist.
