Custom Fee Schedules

Custom fee schedules are fee schedules for payors other than Medicare that users upload on the Reimbursement Detail page. Uploaded custom fee schedules for a selected facility can be accessed in Advanced Search.

Procedure

1. Perform an advanced search for a CPT/HCPCS code.
2. From the Search Results, click the Custom Fee Schedule folder. The uploaded custom fee schedules display. The number of times the code appears in the fee schedule displays in parenthesis next to it.
3. Click a custom fee schedule. The results display in the adjacent results grid.

Field Descriptions

Custom Fee Schedule Results Column	Description
Code	The concurrence of the code in the selected custom fee schedule. Required column in a custom fee schedule.
Description	The code description. Required column in a custom fee schedule.
Custom	The first two columns are required when uploading a custom fee schedule. The remaining columns are customizable. A max of 10 columns are allowed.
