Flag Account(s) in the Exception Worklist
Use this procedure to flag one or more accounts in the Exception Worklist. Flagging an account indicates it is an account to follow up on and causes the account to appear in worklists that include flagged accounts.
Procedure
- Select Go To > Processing > Exception Worklist. The Exception Worklist page opens.
- Specify options and click Display Messages. The Exception Worklist Summary page opens.
- Click a number in the Accounts or Claims column. The Exception Worklist page opens.
- Click the check box(es) to the left of the account(s) you want to flag and click Flag Accounts. The Assign/Update Collection Information page opens.
