Upload a Facility Logo
Contract Manager allows you to save one company logo per facility that automatically appears on your resubmission packages and patient balance packages. This logo also appears on the UB92 and UB04 forms that are included in these packages.
Note: You can only access the Upload Facility Logo page if you have the correct permissions.
The logo image is limited to .jpg, .bmp, and .gif file formats and cannot exceed 1MB in size. Once the logo is uploaded, you can suppress the logo for any specific package or template from the following pages:
- Generate Resubmission Package page. For more information about this page, refer to Letter Management.
- Generate Patient Balance Package page. For more information about this page, refer to Letter Management.
- Edit Letter Templates pages. For more information about these pages, refer to Letter Management.
Procedure
- To access the Upload Facility Logo page, select Go To > Implementation > Resubmission Package > Upload Facility Logo.
- Click Browse to select a file.
- Click Select. The file is imported, and a file preview appears.
