View the Stage and Status Matrix
There are upcoming changes related as to how FinThrive customers review the stage and status of their Contract Profiles. This process is moving to the FinThrive Community Portal, so that all case updates and communication can be tracked in one centralized location. The Stage and Status Matrix page in Contract Manager includes the following notices:
- Beginning on August 31, 2020, the stage and status for FinThrive-loaded contract profiles can be found in the FinThrive Community Portal – the same location you use to submit CARFs and request FinThrive support.
- As of November 2, 2020, the Stage and Status Matrix in cm.nthrive.com will no longer be used to track FinThrive-loaded profiles. At this time the FinThrive Community Portal will house all stage and status information, along with all communication for Contract Manager support cases.
The Stage and Status Matrix page displays the number of contracts in each stage and status for your facility or group. This provides a current snapshot of your implementation process.
You should view this page at least once a day to stay current with contract issues. As progress is made with each product, FinThrive monitors and update the status of each stage of the product implementation on a daily basis, ensuring that it is progressing through each stage smoothly.

- To access the Stage and Status Matrix page, select Go To > Implementation > Implementation Status > Stage and Status Matrix.
- Select a Responsible Organization.
- Selecting a responsible organization limits the matrix to issues related to contract profiles where the selected organization either has the profile checked out or was the last organization to check it out.
- You can select FinThrive Only, Client Only (customer), or All.
- Select the party responsible for loading the contract from the Loading Responsibility list.
- FinThrive
- Client (customer)
- Click a number in the matrix to display the Product Implementation Status page. For more information, refer to View the Product Implementation Status.
Note: Deferred contracts are not included in the numbers in each stage and status, but are included in the Product Implementation totals (below the matrix).
- The “Unknown” stage means there is no stage or status code in the Contract Terms Effective Dates table in the system. The reason for this might be one of the following:
- A brand new contract is entered by Inventory but no further action has been taken.
- Contract Loading and Analysis has begun, but the stage or status entries are missing.
- For facilities that were implemented long ago, the process was different and for them, a high number of unknowns might not be relevant.
