View the Facility Issue List
The Facility Level Issues page shows all open issues that span multiple contracts or pertain to the facility in general. Facility level issues usually address billing issues or questions about how to define service types. As with the All Product Issues page, this page allows you to sort by various selection criteria. If there are no issues for the specified facility, a message to that effect appears.
Note: For more information on multi-facility organizations, refer to Facility Issues.

- To access the Facility Level Issues page, select Go To > Implementation > Issues > Facility Level Issues.
- Review the issue list.
- Click a number in the No. column to display the Update Facility Issue page.
- Click a link in the Issue Description column to display the Facility Issue Comments page. For more information, refer to View or Add Facility Level Issue Comments.
- A number in the Comm. column indicates the number of comments on the issue.
- Optionally, you can perform the following actions:
- In the Responsible Party field, type the three letter Resp. code to sort by a specific Responsible Party code.
Note: Typing a partial code will not work.
- In the Category list, select an option and click Refresh View. For more information about categories, refer to Issue Categories.
- Select a different Issue Status and click Refresh View.
- Select a different Sort by order and click Refresh View.
- In the Responsible Party field, type the three letter Resp. code to sort by a specific Responsible Party code.
