View All Products Issues
The All Products Issues page shows all products with open issues for the selected facility or group. In addition, it allows you to sort the issues by various selection criteria.
This page is shared with Contract Manager Professional.
Note: For more information on the difference between product and facility level issues, refer to Issues.
- To access the All Products Issues page, select Go To > Implementation > Issues > All Products Issues.
- Complete the header information.
Note: For the View list:
- The Single Line view is the default, useful for reviewing many issues on the same page.
- The Group view splits issues more clearly by product, useful for comparing product issues.
- Click Refresh View.
- View the results.
- A number in the Comments column indicates the number of comments on the issue.
- Client 002 in the Resp. column indicates that the customer needs to respond to the issue (or approve the profile or audit depending on the implementation stage).
- Clicking an item in the Issue Description column displays the Product Issue Comments page. For more information, refer to View or Add Product Issue Comments.
- Clicking an item in the Product Name column displays the Product Issue List, which limits the issue list to one product. For more information, refer to View the Product Issue List.
Not all products have issues. If there is no issue for the product, the following text replaces the issue description:
No open issues exist for this product!
- Optionally, click Save As My Default Options.
- Selecting this check box saves your current options as the default when you exit until you set new default options.
- Clearing this check box saves the original default options.
