Reminder System

The Reminder System allows authorized users to create and maintain reminders while logged on to Contract Manager or Contract Manager. Reminder System functions include adding and updating a reminder, viewing reminders, and searching reminders. You can create a reminder for any purpose and send it to any email address.

Once you provide the information, the Reminder System generates and delivers an email message on the date(s) you specify. You can choose to send one or multiple reminders.
