Check Out/Check In a Lookup Table
You must check out a lookup table in order to modify it (if authorized). When finished, you must check in the table to make it available to other users. The check out/check in process prevents mistakes that may occur from multiple users accessing the same tables.
For more information, refer to Checking Out / Checking In.

- Access the Check Out/Check In Lookup Table page.
- Select Go To > Contract Loading > Lookup Table Management. The Lookup Table Management page opens.
- To reduce the number of listed tables, enter your selection criteria and click Refresh View.
- Right-click a link in the Table Name column, and then select Check Out (or select Check In if the profile is currently checked out to you). The Check Out/Check In Lookup Table page opens.
- Type a comment that describes your reason for checking out/checking in the table.
Note: Your comment is accessible to other users from the Lookup Table Management page.
- Click Check Out (or Check In).
