Denial Management Methodologies

There are two methods for viewing denial information in Contract Manager:

• Denial Management in Contract Manager

Contract Manager contains a Denial Management feature that is independent of any other products.

• Integrated Contract Manager with Denials Management

Contract Manager also provides the option to integrate with and import denial information from FinThrive Denials Management so that the denial information can be viewed and worked directly in Contract Manager.

Note: These two methods are mutually exclusive. Only one can be enabled for your facility at a given time.
