View Communication Log - Contract Items
Use the Communication Log - Contract Items page to review all of the Communication Log items associated with a specific contract profile, regardless of the activation date.

- Access the View Contract Profile page.
- Select Go To > Contract Loading > Contract Profile Management. The Contract Profile Management page opens.
- Specify your selection criteria, and click Refresh View. The results appear.
- For more information about searching for a contract profile, refer to Manage Contract Profiles.
- Click a link in the Contract Name column. The View Contract Profile page opens.
- Click View Communication Items. The Communication Log - Contract Items page opens.
Note: This link only displays if there are Communication Log items associated with the selected contract profile.
- View the Communication Log items for the selected contract profile.
Note: All Communication Log items for the selected contract profile and effective date display, regardless of the activation date.
- To sort your results by a different column:
- Select the name of the column you want to sort by from the Sort list.
- Click Refresh.
- To show all of the details for each Communication Log item, select the Show Item Details check box.
- Clearing this check box hides the items details.
- If this check box is selected when you export the page, the details are also exported.
- To show all comments for each Communication Log item, select the Show All Comments check box.
- Clearing this check box hides the comments.
- If this check box is selected when you export page, the comments are also exported.
- To export your results to a Microsoft Excel® or text file:
- Select either To Microsoft Excel or To Text File from the Export To list.
- Select To Microsoft Excel to open Excel. You can then work with the data in Excel; for example, to move or delete columns, re-sort or re-format the data.
- Select To Text File to save the data as plain text (with no formatting). Typically, you select this option if Excel is unavailable on your computer or you have Excel version’97 or older.
- Select the Include Header check box to include a header row in your exported file.
- Select Include References if you want to include the Communication Log references with the exported file.
- Click Export.
- Select either To Microsoft Excel or To Text File from the Export To list.
- Optionally, you can perform the following actions:
- Click Issue List Selection. The Communication Log Selection page opens. For more information, refer to Specify Communication Log Criteria.
- Click Add Reminder. The Add/Update Reminder page opens. For more information, refer to Add or Update a Reminder.
- Click Add Communication Log Item. The Add Item page opens. For more information, refer to Add a Communication Item. This link only displays if your facility is not using the Community Portal to create new communication items.
- Click the Contract Name link. The View Contract Profile page opens. For more information, refer to Manage Contract Profiles.
- Click the No. link. The Update Item page opens. For more information, refer to Update a Communication Item.
