Copy a Contract Profile - Multi-Copy
The Multi-Copy feature allows you to create a contract profile based on an existing profile and make it available to other facilities in the same Central Billing Office (CBO). You can also define multiple profiles to copy and submit them all together at one time.
The Advanced Copy feature also allows you to copy existing profiles to other facilities. The advantage of the Multi-Copy feature, however, is that it copies not only the profile, but also the associated service type definition tables and lookup tables to the new facility, if they do not already exist in that facility. If a service type definition table or lookup table already exists in the destination facility, the copied profile uses the existing table in the destination facility.
Multi-Copy is an optional feature and must be enabled for your facilities. This option is only available to facilities with multiple facilities organized under a single CBO.
Note: The Multi-Copy feature allows you to copy to existing profiles and contracts in the destination facility, even if they are checked out to another user.
