Apply a Check Out Override
Use the Check Out Research page to apply a check out override to a contract profile in the FinThrive system.
- Access the Check Out Override page.
- Select Go To > Contract Loading > Support Functions > Check Out Research. The Check Out Research page opens.
- Specify the selection criteria, and then click Search. The results appear.
- Select the radio button in the No. column and then click Select. The Check Out Override page opens.
Note: Items in production and items checked out to you are not shown on the results list.
- Type a comment that includes your reason for checking out/checking in the table.
- If you want the item checked out directly to you when you check it in, click Check Out to Me.
- Click Check In.
