Import A/R Transaction Mapping

Use this procedure to import transaction mappings from a .txt or .csv file.

Procedure

1. Access the Import Transaction Mapping page.
   1. Select Go To > Implementation > A/R Transaction Mapping. The A/R Transaction Mapping page opens.
   2. Click Import Transaction Mapping at the top of the page. The Import Transaction Mapping page opens. The URL for this page is a_r_transaction_mapping_import.asp.
2. Click Select File to browse to the .txt or .csv file you want to import.
   • The format of the .txt or .csv file must match the format shown in the import template. To view the template, click Transaction Mapping Import Template Version 1.
   • You can use the template document to create the import file.
3. Browse to your file and click Select. A summary and preview of the import file displays as well as details regarding any errors found in the file.
4. Review the import file summary and make any necessary changes.
   • If your file contains errors, correct the errors in the .txt or .csv file and repeat the file selection process.
5. When the file is correct, click Import. A message displays indicating the import was successful.
