Collections Export Options

You can export data from the Assign/Update Collection Information page to a Microsoft Excel® worksheet, a Microsoft Excel CSV file, or a plain text file. The amount of time it takes to export data depends on the number of records in the file. The export limit is 15,000 records.

  1. Access the Collections Export Options page.
    • Select Go To > Collections Tracking > from Collections Worklist. The Collections Worklist page opens.
    • Specify selection criteria and then click Display Accounts. The Assign/Update Collection Information page opens.
    • Click Export. The Collections Export Options page opens
  2. In the Export to list, select one of the following options:
    • Microsoft Excel (*.csv)
    • Microsoft Excel (*.xls)
    • Text File (*.txt)
  3. In the Export Fields list, select one of the following options:
    • Select Default Fields to include the standard default data fields for the Assign/Update Collection Information page.
    • Select Custom Selection to select multiple items and click Custom to open the Select Fields to Export page.
    • Select All Fields to add every field on the Assign/Update Collection Information page to the export file.
  4. Click Export:
    • The Exporting. Please wait... message appears.
    • The File Download dialog box opens.
  5. Click Save. The Save As window opens.
  6. Navigate to the location to which you want to save the file, and click Save. The Download Complete window opens.
  7. Click Close. If a blank Web page opens, close that page.
