View the Product Implementation Status

1. Access the Product Implementation Status page.
   1. Select Go To > Implementation > Implementation Status > Product Implementation Status. The Product Implementation Status page opens.
   2. Click Display Status. The stage and status for each product that meets the selected criteria are displayed.
2. Review the results.
   • If the status is “Incomplete,” then in the Dates column:
     • The top date is the completion date of the previous stage.
     • The bottom date is the start date of the current stage.
     • The dates indicate the lag time between the last stage and the current stage.
   • If the status is “Complete,” then in the Dates column:
     • The top date is the completion date of the current stage.
     • The bottom numbers are in the format (nn-mm), where “nn” is the number of days it took to complete the current stage and “mm” is number of days since completion of the current stage.
3. Optionally, change the sort and filter options and click Refresh View.
4. Optionally, you can perform the following actions:
   • Click a link in the Product column to display the Product Issues List. For more information, refer to View the Product Issue List.
   • Click a number in the No. column to display the Product Implementation Log page. For more information, refer to View the Product Implementation Log.
   • Place the pointer over a complexity code to display the complexity definition.
   • Place the pointer over a user code to display the user codes of those who have updated this page, or the stage or status in the Contract Effective Date table in Contract Manager (beginning with the user code of the person who most recently made updates).
   • Place the pointer over a check mark in the Image column to show the link to the PDF file on the message line at the bottom of the page.
   • Click the check mark in the Image column to display the contract image. For more information, refer to View the PDF Contract Image.
   • Click a link in the Stage column to display a list box that allows you to select the stage (if the status of the current stage is complete).

     • Change the stage to set the status for the new stage to “In Process.”
     • Select In Process as the status for the stage Client Audit (after saving) to add an issue with the comment “Client Audit Approval,” and set the responsible organization to “Client” and the responsible party to “Client002.”
     • Change the Stage to Audit Reprice and status to “In Process” to automatically change the production status to “In Audit.”
     • Change the status to automatically add the initials of the current user to the end of the list.
     • Once a product is in production, the stage and status cannot be changed.
   • Click a link in the Status column to display a list box that allows you to change the status, if necessary. For an explanation of status codes, refer to Implementation Status Codes.
5. If you make changes and want to save them, click Save Changes. Unsaved changes appear in red.
