Copy a Service Type Definition Table - Advanced

When you need to create a service type definition table based on an existing one, you may copy it. Authorized users may copy a service type definition table from any accessible facility to another, using the Copy Service Type Definition Table - Advanced page.

  1. Access the Copy Service Type Definition Table - Advanced page.
    • Select Go To > Contract Loading > Service Type Table Management. The Service Type Definition Table Management page opens.
    • Click the Copy Service Type Definition Table - Advanced link. The Copy Service Type Definition Table - Advanced page opens.
  2. Select the copy Source.
    • Select the Facility/Location.
    • Select the Table Name.
  3. Specify the details of your service type definition table copy.
    • Select the Facility/Location.
    • Type the Table Name. Refer to Standards for naming conventions.
    • Optionally, select an Effective Date and Termination Date.
    • Select the Active Status.
  4. Click Copy.

Date when the table copy is effective

Location

Indicates whether the table is universal or facility-specific, which determines where the table is stored; if facility-specific, indicates the facility

Source Table Name

Name of the table being copied
