Change Modes and Views

Authorized users can change from the Production mode to the Audit mode and back as needed. Use the Audit mode to review patient account results before the accounts are processed in the Production environment.

Note: FinThrive users can change their view to Client or Internal (the default view for FinThrive employees).

Change Between Audit and Production Modes

  1. To change to the Audit mode, select Change > Audit Mode. A message displays indicating that you are in the Audit Mode.
  2. To return to the Production mode, select Change > Production Mode. A message displays indicating that you are in the Production Mode.

Change Between Client and Internal Views

There are two views in Contract Manager: the Internal (FinThrive) view, which is indicated by on the menu bar; and the Client view, indicated by on the menu bar. For FinThrive employees, your default view is Internal, but you can click the icon to change your view to Client. Clicking the icon changes the view and accessibility for some pages and the online Help.

  1. Click on any page to change to the Client View. The icon changes to , and a message displays indicating that you have changed views.
  2. Click the browser Back button, then refresh your browser. The page you were on displays in the Client view.
  3. Click to return to the Internal View. The icon changes to , and a message displays indicating that you have changed views.
  4. Click the browser Back button, then refresh your browser. The page you were on displays in the Internal view.
