Select Lookup Tables for Contract Definition Cross References

Use this procedure to select a lookup table when establishing a contract profile definition cross reference.

  1. Access the Select Lookup Table page.
    • Select Go To > Contract Loading > Support Functions > Profile Cross Reference. The Contract Profile Definition Cross Reference page opens.
    • In the Search Type box, select a Lookup Table type.
    • Select other criteria as necessary, and then click Display Definitions/References. The results appear.
    • Click a link in the Def/Ref column. The associated Cross Reference Detail page opens. For more information, refer to View the Cross Reference Details.
    • Click a link in the Table Name column. If there is only one lookup table of that name, the View Lookup Table page opens. Otherwise, the Select Lookup Table page opens.
  2. Click a link in the Table Name column. The View Lookup Table page opens. For more information, refer to View a Lookup Table.

The following table describes the fields on the Select Lookup Table page. For internal users only, the source information is given for some fields, in the format: “Table.Field.” The URL for this page is lookup_table_select.asp.
