Export a Lookup Table

Use this procedure to export a lookup table as either a Microsoft ® Excel ® file or a comma delimited (.csv) file.

  1. Access the Export Lookup Table page.
    • Select Go To > Contract Loading > Lookup Table Management. The Lookup Table Management page opens.
    • To reduce the number of listed tables, enter your selection criteria and click Refresh View.
    • Click a link in the Table Name column. The View Lookup Table page opens.
    • Click the Export Schedule link at the top of the page. The Export Lookup Table page opens.
  2. Type or select the export data in the selection fields. These fields vary according to whether the table is a Procedure Lookup Table, a DRG Weight Table, or a Modifier Table.
  3. To view the possible code range, click Search. The results appear.

  1. Select the type of file to export to in the Export Type drop down list.
  2. Click Export. A File Download dialog box opens.
  3. Click Open to open the export file; click Save to download the file.
  4. Optionally, click Cancel to abandon the export.

Description

Procedure Lookup Tables

Code Type

The procedure code type to export.

Code From

The low value in the range of procedure codes to be exported.

Code To

The high value in the range of procedure codes to be exported.

Export Type

The export file format:

  • Microsoft Excel (.xls)
  • Comma Delimited (.csv)

DRG Weight Tables

DRG From

The low value in the range of procedure codes to be exported.

DRG To

The high value in the range of procedure codes to be exported.

Export Type

The export file format:

  • Microsoft Excel (.xls)
  • Comma Delimited (.csv)

Modifier Tables

Modifier From

The low value in the range of modifiers to be exported.

Modifier To

The high value in the range of modifiers to be exported.

Type

The type of modifier to export:

  • All Types
  • Percent
  • Unit

Export Type

The export file format:

  • Microsoft Excel (.xls)
  • Comma Delimited (.csv)

APC Tables

APC Code From

The low value in the range of APC codes to be exported.

APC Code To

The high value in the range of APC codes to be exported.

Export Type

The export file format:

  • Microsoft Excel (.xls)
  • Comma Delimited (.csv)
