Maintain the Documentation Log
The Documentation Log allows you to add, view or edit products.

Use this procedure to edit or view the Documentation Log.
Procedure
- To access the Documentation Log page, select Go To > Contract Maintenance > Documentation Log.
- Specify the search criteria and Documentation Log information, and then click Display Log Entries. The log entries appear.
- Optionally, click a check box above a column and then click Display Log Entries to exclude that column from the view. To make all the columns visible, click the Show all columns check box and then click Display Log Entries again.
- Optionally, click a Contract Profile Name link. Relevant data appears in the edit fields in the Documentation Log Information section, including any comments added by previous users.
- Make edits to the Contract Profile, and then click Update Log Entry. The Update was successful! message appears.
- If you are logged into the facility that you are specifying, you can also perform the following tasks while on this page:
- Click Edit Contract Document. The Contract Document Maintenance page opens. For more information, refer to Maintain Contract Documents.
- Click Edit Contract Profile. The Contract Profile Maintenance page opens. For more information, refer to Maintain Contract Profiles.

Use this procedure to delete an existing log entry.
Procedure
- To access the Documentation Log page, select Go To > Contract Maintenance > Documentation Log.
- Specify the search criteria, and then click Display Log Entries. The log entries appear.
- Click a Contract Profile Name link. The edit fields are populated.
- Click Delete Log Entry. The Delete was successful! message appears.
Although the log entry has been deleted, it has been left on the Documentation Log, with its Last Modified Action displayed in red as Deleted Contract Profile. This keeps track of who deleted a Contract Profile or Contract Document, and when it was deleted. The entries in the Contract File, Contract Effective Date, and Contract Document Name columns also display in red.
- If you are logged into the facility that you are specifying, you can also perform the following tasks while on this page:
- Click Edit Contract Document. The Contract Document Maintenance page opens. For more information, refer to Maintain Contract Documents.
- Click Edit Contract Profile. The Contract Profile Maintenance page opens. For more information, refer to Maintain Contract Profiles.
