View and Set Supplemental Billing Non-Medicare Defaults
Use this procedure to view and set the default amounts for Non-Medicare Supplemental Billing.

- To access the Supplemental Billing Non-Medicare Defaults page, select Go To > Contract Maintenance > SB Non-Medicare Defaults. This page defaults to the master list of contracts.
- In the Filter by list, select one of the following options:
- Contract Name (default)
- AR Cutover Date
- IP Default
- OP Default
- OPSURG Default
- ER Default
- Optionally, in the text box following Filter by, do one of the following:
- If you selected Contract Name, type a word or words from the contract name. This will select every record with the word or words anywhere in the name.
- If you selected AR Cutover Date, type a date or year.
- You must use one of the following formats:
- MM/DD/YYYY
- MM/DD/YY
- YYYMMDD
- YYYYMM
- YYYY
- If you selected any other item, type a specific percentage (XX or XX.X). you can also use >, < , >= or <= for this option. This amount may not exceed 100.0 percent.
- In the Sort By list, select one of the following options:
- Contract Name (default)
- AR Cutover Date
- IP Default
- OP Default
- OPSURG Default
- ER Default
- In the drop-down list following Sort By, select Ascending (default) or Descending.
- Click Refresh View to display the records meeting the criteria you selected.
- In the Default (%) text box to the right of the Contract Name in the results list, type the percentage (XX or XX.X) that you want for the default percentage.
- Click Update to save the default percentage change.
